COMMENTS

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

MEDIA

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

 Returns Terms and Guidelines:

Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to return back the item.

Once the goods are returned, you may be entitled to receive a refund. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in an original, resalable condition.
- Please ensure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged in the post.

Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number (Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery are advised) and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Once the goods are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Sourced items

Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange sourced items. These are from our suppliers directly and will be specifically sourced into our store after customer purchases. So please bare this in mind when choosing sizing. We would highly recommend researching your size correctly before purchasing. Trapstar items and streetwear is sourced on demand. These items are excluded from our normal returns policy as they are after wear easily presentable as new and also specifically ordered on demand into our store on purchase

International Returns

If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package RETURNED GOODS to avoid any customs charges. SOURCED BY CS is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned.

How to start a return

To start a return, you can contact us at sourcedbycs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

(VERY IMPORTANT) Please include your order number within the parcel so that we can identify the order. 

Please ensure that your returns meets all the guidelines on this page. If any guidelines are not met then we are not obliged to accept the return and the customer will be liable for the cost of redelivery. 

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned goods at Sourced By CS. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account used to pay. You will receive notification from us once we have actioned a refund.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. SourcedByCS will cover return shipping for any faulty products that we may have sent out.

Please ensure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged in the post.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (Such as shoe care kit). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
