How long is delivery?

UK (2-4 Business Days = £3.45 OR 5-7 Business Days = Free)

European (5-7 Business Days)

Where is my order?

Customers will receive tracking numbers in the shipping confirmation email following order processing. Customers can use their tracking number to get continuous updates regarding their order. We're unable to offer additional details beyond what is displayed in the tracking information once the parcel has been shipped.

Returns

Do you charge for returns?

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Upon having received the return, a full refund of the original payment will be issued, with the exception of international shipping charges. See our returns policy for any questions about returns.

How long will my return take to be processed?

After receiving your return, our quality control team will inspect the item(s) to confirm it is in resealable condition.

Once authorised, an email will be sent to confirm your return. Our team aims to complete this process within 3 business days.

The bank processing time for refunds may take an additional 3-7 business days.

Every item available at Sourced By CS is guaranteed to be authentic. We exclusively acquire products directly from authorised retailers or reputable individuals. Our team carefully inspects all items to ensure authenticity before shipping them to our customers.
